Gyoza at HIOKIGURA restaurant, in Kagomma Furusato Yataimura.

 

Normally you dip them into sauce mixed with soy sauce and vinegar, but you put some salt to this Gyoza, and it’s SUPER Yummy🤤

According to the chef, this salt is mixed with some special seasonings.

It is the juiciest Gyoza ever! It tastes somehow like xiaolongbao(chinese dumpling).

Once you bite it, it makes you feel like eating some soup. It is that juicy🤤

I visited this restaurant once, and ended up in this restaurant again at the end of the day. (Well, I visited 6 restaurants in total that day)

It’s in Japanese, but I interviewed the chef to ask about the secret of this yummy gyoza💕

According to him, the pork called KUROBUTA and local veggies are the point of this gyoza, not to mention his skill🤗
