日本語Toyonaka, a quiet town close to the city center
Stay there and live like locals! If you are planning a trip to Japan and looking for something not too touristy, visiting Toyonaka is a good idea. There is a big park (Hattori Ryokuchi Park), where you can enjoy jogging through a grove. There is also a museum called “Open-Air Museum of Old Japanese Farmhouses“. Also, if you go to “Senri River Bank“, you can take a really beautiful photo very close to aircraft. Also, visiting a small shopping market street and getting know locals may be a fun idea.

Sakurazuka Market Street
This market street is close to Hankyu Okamachi station, which is about 15 minutes from Hankyu Umeda station. On April 14, 2019, there was a festival there.

If you are looking for an accommodation in Osaka close to Itami Airport, a homestay may be a good idea! Stay at “roundabout”, an Air b&b accommodation, and it’s really nice! It’s also very close to Sakurazuka Shopping Market! The host can also show you around the town!
