- Deposit is 3,000JPY/person. After we receive your booking request, we will send you an invoice by email.
- Places are booked on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of deposit payment confirmation.
- We only accept Paypal for deposit payment.
- On booking and paying for a class(es) you will receive a booking and payment confirmation by email.
- Please notify us of any change in the contact details provided as these will be used by funmac for all correspondence.
- Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
- Cancellation 48 hours or more: Full refund of deposit to original payment method
- Cancellation less than 48 hours: No refunds of deposit.
- No show up to a class: No refunds of deposit.
If you need to cancel or change your booking please do so by replying to your class confirmation or reminder email. Your request will be time stamped to the time when your email was sent, not the time we read the email. - There are no exceptions to our policy due to weather, illness, traffic etc.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to be aware of the date and time of a class.
- If it is necessary for us to cancel a class, we will do everything we can to give you as much notice as possible. When this occurs, we will re-book you into another class of your choice, or fully refund the deposit if you cannot be re-booked.
