↓”ASA SOBA” made of noodles, seaweed, and Soki(Okinawan-style stewed pork spare ribs）in light soup made from various ingredients such as fish and pork etc. It’s not too salty, the noodles are springy, and Soki is SOOOOO soft that you don’t even need to use your teeth to bite!! Yummy♪

↓Totally Okinawa style shaved ice! The harmony of Brown sugar syrup and Soybean powder on topping is just incredible. Digging the ice, you’ll find sweet beans at the bottom. Delicious!!! It’s the perfect sweet in Okinawa’s hot & humid weather.

Steak Island, Okinawa

Okinawan love steaks! I heard that they have a strange custom to eat steak in the middle of a night after drinking. So the steak house is always full of people in the midnight on weekends.

Blue Seal Ice Cream

This ice cream shop was born in Okinawa base, and now spread over the Okinawa island and some stores in Honshu island. There are various kinds of ice cream, and I chose Citrus ice cream!!!

A&W Hamburger

The hamburger is Okinawan (I mean Japanese) size :D, but the taste should be the same as the original in America! If you miss American hamburgers, there are A&W restaurants there!!
