Osaka Tenmangu Shrine

I visited Osaka Tenmangu Shrine

If you walk looking down on the ground, you won’t see this! Look up! It’s at the entrance.

Plum Bonsai Exhibition

Main reason to come to Osaka Tenmangu Shrine.

About a month before Cherry blossoms, plum blossoms bloom! People go see plum flowers outside normally, but this is another way to enjoy viewing them as Bonsai (dwarf potted tree). It doesn’t matter if it rains, because it inside the building!

Colors in white and pink!

Full bloomed!

Free India Ink Painting Class

Among those stall stores in Osaka Tenmangu, this Free India Ink Painting Class was thronged with people. OF COURSE, I tried this free lesson!

The teacher shows how, and I copy them, but it doesn’t really go as good as teacher’s.

My first painting completed with a great amount of help of the teacher! Haha!

Sweet sweet sweet

In the little cafe area, I had some Zenzai (Sweet red bean soup with rice cake)^^, sitting at the tranquil garden watching plum flowers under warm sunshine.

It comes with salty seaweed and pickled plum. Drinking green tea at the end. What a relief!!

Monkey Show

I heard people excited about something. Getting closer, I found that it was a Monkey Show! It’s SOOOO PRETTY!

Statue at the exit. Great smile on his face!
